  • We care about our community. We believe people should reinvest in their community. For 2009 one of our primary commitments is being spearheaded by Wynn Sweatman.

    • Wynn Sweatman, the founder of Sweatman Insurance & Retirement Services is the 2009 Chairman of the Board for the Misericordia Health Centre Foundation. Their 2009 fund raising initiative has set a target of $5,000,000 which Wynn hopes to help them exceed.

    In the past, Wynn served on The University of Manitoba Development Board for 7 years, and worked on their $200 million capital campaign for 2 years. In the past he was also Chairman of the Capital Campaign for Balmoral Hall School and served on the Board of The Manitoba Theater Centre for many years.

    James Kirk is currently the Secretary and a Board Member of Versatech Industries Inc., and has been since 2006. He also chairs the investment committee. Versatech is a not for profit enterprise dedicated to providing growth and development for people with intellectual disabilities. Versatech employs over 20 people in Winnipeg.
